An account is considered dormant if there has been no login activity for a continuous period of twelve (12) months. 77plus reserves the right to apply an administrative maintenance fee to dormant accounts, subject to applicable Philippine regulations. You will be notified before any such fee is applied, and the dormant account fee will not reduce the balance below zero.

You may close your 77plus account at any time by contacting customer support. Upon account closure, any available balance (net of any amounts legitimately owed to 77plus) will be returned to you via your registered payment method, subject to completed identity verification.
